This serene workout of continuous flowing movement gently yet effectively works many systems of the body. Based on traditional Tai Chi movements, TaijiFit repeats these movements in succession to build confidence and comfort in Tai Chi. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels to the Tai Chi experience through the concept of Flow.

In this class, we will practice the first of the three Taiji two-person exercises, Tui Shou (Push Hands), the second step (after the solo form) on the path to Taiji mastery. Its purpose is to learn the sole "technique" of Taiji, Ti Fang: "Attract into emptiness, join, discharge." We will also use the principles of Tui Shou to improve our form. To qualify for this class, students must already have learned a complete Taiji solo form.
