Lift your heart and your health! Join us for an interactive evening with Dr. Thomas L. Matthew and Dr. Karen Lee Swartz as they share unique perspectives on important steps women can take to age well, from how to take care of your heart health to intergrating more happiness in your life.  

Dr. Thomas L. Matthew is a board certified cardiothoracic surgeon and the director of the Johns Hopkins Cardiothoracic Surgery Program at Suburban Hospital.  

Dr. Karen Lee Swartz is an associate professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
