"Sleep hygiene" is a variety of practices and habits that are necessary to have good nighttime sleep quality and full daytime alertness. This course digs into the root causes of sleep deprivation, the effects of insomnia, how lifestyle impacts all of it, and how diet, exercise and meditation can help.
