17th Annual Women's Health Symposium

Manage stress. Eat more vegetables. Be more active. Lose a few pounds. We have all heard these recommendations from our health care providers, but did you know that small modifications in your daily routine can have monumental benefits in your overall health?

Join us for an engaging evening with two Johns Hopkins physicians who will focus on why it is so critical for women of all ages. Physiatrist Marlis Gonzalez-Fernandez will emphasize the importance of including movement into a daily routine, while Urogynecologist Danielle Patterson will examine the dynamics of bladder function that can often interfere with the ways women enjoy daily life, such as exercise, travel, social outings and romance.

Bring your family, friends and neighbors and have all your questions answered! Registration is Required.

Made possible by the J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro Endowment for Women's Health.
