Who do a contact if I have questions?

Can I still register for a class that is “Sold Out”?
While you are unable to register for a class that has reached its capacity, you can be placed on a waiting list should a spot become vacant. In order to be placed on the waiting list for a class or event, please call 301-896-3939.
How do I cancel my registration?
We appreciate you letting us know if you are unable to attend an event for any reason, as there may be others on a waiting list if the program you have registered for is sold out.
To cancel a registration, please call Suburban On-Call at 301-896-3939 to speak with a representative who will personally assist you to cancel your registration.
Please note that in order to receive a refund, you MUST cancel 24 hours before your session begins. However, a $5.00 processing fee will be charged for cancelling the reservation. If you paid by credit card, the $5.00 fee will be charged to your credit card account. If you paid by check, a refund will be sent to you, minus the $5.00 processing fee.
If you DO NOT cancel your registration 24 hours prior to the start of the event, you will be charged the FULL amount.
What is the refund policy?
Suburban Hospital will issue you a full refund ONLY if the hospital cancels the class due to low enrollment, inclement weather conditions or the class is already full when we receive your mail-in registration. Refunds are NOT granted once the class has started. No Exceptions.
Please note: Senior Shape classes are not eligible for a refund as this is an ongoing class.
When do you cancel events due to inclement weather?
Suburban Hospital WellWorks classes, seminars, and programs follow Montgomery County Public School closings and/or delays for inclement weather.
Classes will not be held if Montgomery County Public Schools are closed or if they close early (relevant for evening classes). When schools are delayed, programs held during the delayed period are cancelled. All other programs will meet as scheduled. For example, classes starting before 10 am would be affected by a two hour delay.
If you are unsure of class status, you may call 301-896-3939 between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you are unable to get through on weekends or school holidays, please dial 301-896-3100 and the hospital operator can assist you.
Why do I need an account in order to register for a class or event?
We ask that all users create an account on our site. Not only does this allow you to easily register and pay for classes with one click, you'll also be able to keep track of upcoming events you're registered for and leave comments about programs you have attended.
In addition, requiring users to log in helps ensure that registrations are authentic, so classes are not filled by automated spam-bots and seats are available for you when you wish to attend a program.
I would like to register for an ongoing class but do not see the event listed?
Once an ongoing class begins, the event is automatically removed from the events website. If you would like to register for an ongoing class after its start date, please call 301-896-3939.
What are user comments about classes and events?
We encourage your comments about the classes and events you have attended. Once you have registered for anything within the system, you'll then have the opportunity to leave a comment or review on the site.
Please be aware that we may not be able to respond to every comment, particularly those that deal with individual medical cases and issues. We also review all comments before they're posted, and those that are off-topic or clearly promoting a commercial product will be removed.
