14th Annual Men's Health Symposium

According to the CDC, only 24.6 percent of men make time to exercise on a weekly basis. Community cardiologist Dr. Hayder Hashim will review the benefits of exercise on your overall heart health as well as ideal heart rates to keep you challenged and safe. Sports team physician and orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Bashir Zikria from Johns Hopkins Community Physicians will explain the role of exercise in keeping your joints mobile and flexible as well as the secret for athletes at any age to stay active while avoiding injury. Women are welcome to attend. Light refreshments provided. Registration Required.
